Partnered with Mark Webster to define a comprehensive change strategy to drive the company’s records management program. Strategy included stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communication planning, and messaging.

Delivered $5M training initiative, managing a 60-person team in developing 7 strategic training projects for the Global Sales organization in 6 months. Sales training improved new hire quota attainment by 149% in their first 30 days on the job. Sales manager leadership program resulted in 22% increase of quota attainment.
