A German automaker’s US division wanted to define and operationalize a new North Star purpose to drive future strategy and create a greater sense of meaning within its team and marketplace.
Partnered with Mark Webster Communication to define and operationalize a new purpose and strategy to position the company for the future of automotive. Engaged 150+ employees to inform assessment and aligned executive leadership on recommended path forward. Delivered a 5-year strategic roadmap including key initiatives. Designed Strategy Office to lead implementation.
Strategy Development and Implementation
A $2.6B Colorado-based health foundation envisioned a new office headquarters to reflect its brand as a community partner, embrace best-in-class healthy design, and encourage others to adopt cost-effective, health and well-being practices.
Created strategic plan for the foundation to move from leased space to an owned, new construction office building. Led project from visioning and land acquisition through design and value engineering phases. Achieved Board of Directors approval for $24M budget and managed all aspects of initiative including planning, budget, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement. Office was first U.S. project to be awarded both WELL and LEED Gold certifications.

Business Case Development
A Fortune 10 pharmaceutical company’s IT leadership recognized an opportunity to increase the productivity of their SAP users.
Built business case to create new IT shared services team by increasing productivity of 10,000 SAP users and reducing IT help desk calls. Engaged business stakeholders and achieved their approval to fund $1.1M IT User Sustainment organization that delivered $4M in business and IT operational savings.
